We want you to love your DETIBLUE purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and fair.
All products are covered by our 100-Day Return Guarantee.
1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item(s) without providing any reason, subject to the conditions below.
2. Exchange Request
If you received an incorrect or defective item and wish to exchange it:

Keep the product clean and unused (only unpack for inspection).

Include your order number and a brief description. -
We will confirm your exchange eligibility and provide the return shipping address.
Do not return items without authorization. -
Our factory manager will inspect the returned item within 7 business days.

After inspection, your replacement will be shipped within 7 business days.
3. Return & Refund Request
3.1 For quality issues or wrong item sent (Seller pays return shipping)

We will cover all return shipping costs.

Products may have been unpacked and used for inspection.

Please provide photos or videos showing the issue.
3.2 For personal reasons (e.g., no longer want, ordered wrong size/color)

Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Products must be returned without significant damage and in resellable condition.

Important for vacuum-sealed products:
Once a vacuum-sealed cushion is opened and expands, it cannot be re-compressed to its original packaging.
If you return an opened cushion, a restocking fee of up to 30% will apply to cover material depreciation and sanitation processing.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected or discarded without refund. -
Factory manager inspects within 7 business days.

5. Lost in Transit
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:
You will receive a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.
We will handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf.
6. Damage During Shipping

Do not accept damaged packages. If visible damage, instruct the driver to note it on the delivery slip.
